Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 17:00 (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time. Orders placed after 17:00 PST will begin their processing window on the following business day.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer straightforward, flat-rate shipping options to make your shopping experience as easy as possible:

Total estimated time from order placement to delivery at your doorstep is typically 6-10 business days (Processing time + Shipping time).

Shipping Locations & Restrictions

  • Domestic Only: We currently only sell and ship within the territory of the United States.

  • No Military Addresses: Please note that we do not ship to military bases, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or US Territories outside the main continent.

  • Origin: All items are shipped directly from our primary warehouse location: 316 Mincy St, Moncks Corner, SC 29461, US.

 Order Tracking & Confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 Damages & Issues

FlexStepCo is responsible for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged or if it is lost, please contact our support team immediately at support@namibabys.com with photographic evidence so we can file a claim and resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
