1. 24-Hour Window for Cancellations & Modifications

Timeframe: You have exactly 24 hours from the time you place your order to request a cancellation or make any modifications.

What you can modify: Within this 24-hour window, you can request changes to your shipping address, shoe size, color, or item quantity.

After 24 hours: Once the 24-hour window has passed, your order enters our automated processing phase (which takes 3-5 business days) and cannot be canceled or modified. If you no longer want the items after this period, you will need to wait for the package to arrive and follow our Return Policy.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour window, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment immediately.

The refunded amount will reflect in your bank account or card statement within 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
4. Important Note on Order Cut-Off Times
Our daily order cut-off time is 17:00 (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time. Any orders placed after this time will begin their 24-hour cancellation/modification window from the next business day.
