FlexStepCo respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), Pub. L. 105-304, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the FlexStepCo website (the "Site") that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

How to File a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

To be effective, the notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.

3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the specific URL link of the product or image).

4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which you may be contacted.

5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

    

6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing a written communication to our Designated Agent that includes your physical/electronic signature, identification of the material that was removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake.

Repeat Infringers

FlexStepCo reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users or suppliers who are repeat infringers.
