1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following criteria:

The sneakers must be completely new, unworn, and unused.

They must be in the same condition that you received them.

They must be in their original packaging (including the original shoebox and any protective stuffings).
Note: Items showing visible signs of wear, outdoor use, scuffs, scratches, or missing original packaging will not be accepted for a refund.
3. No Exchanges Policy
Please note that FlexStepCo does not offer product exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or model, you must follow the standard return process for your original item to get a refund, and then place a completely new order on our website for the desired pair.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, FlexStepCo will cover all return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately upon delivery with clear photographic or video evidence of the fault so we can issue a pre-paid shipping label.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process, please follow these steps:

If the item is defective or damaged, attach clear proof (photos or videos).

6. Inspection and Refund Process
Once your return is received at our facility, our quality control team will inspect the product to ensure it complies with our return conditions. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you whether your refund request is approved or rejected.

Refund Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The funds will be credited back to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, etc.).
